This is a Great Opportunity for the right person. Busy cafe and marketplace, located on the bucolic Dakin Dairy Farms serve breakfast and lunch only. We are looking for someone with knowledge of creating a menu and being able to serve healthy, hearty, satisfying (low budget) meals to hard-working staff and visitors. Kitchen chops are a must, creativity a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean organized kitchen space
- Ordering all necessary supplies and keeping inventory
- Developing diverse menu items, cost-effective and popular
- Schedule staff, train, and oversee all kitchen activities
Qualifications
- Kitchen or Deli experience a must
- Ability to direct and manage a small staff
- Knowledge and ability to create basic menu items
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
