Our skim milk provides the vitamins and minerals we all need, with a butterfat content of .5% or less. At Dakin Dairy Farms we strive to keep the butterfat content as close to .5% as possible, this is what makes the difference in color and taste.
Like all Dakin Dairy products, our delicious Fat Free Milk is pasteurized and homogenized and produced without antibiotics, pesticides and from cows not given added growth hormones. You can count on the great taste that comes from a diet rich in FRESH GRASS, and all the hidden nutritional benefits that come from a FRESH GRASS diet.
