1% Lowfat milk is defined by a butterfat content of 0.7% – 1.3%. Since flavor and creaminess is directly related to the butterfat content, Dakin Dairy strives to keep our butterfat content at the higher levels.
Like all Dakin Dairy products, our delicious 1% Milk is pasteurized and homogenized and produced without antibiotics, pesticides and from cows not given added growth hormones. You can count on the great taste that comes from a diet rich in FRESH GRASS, and all the hidden nutritional benefits that come from a FRESH GRASS diet.
