Like all Dakin Dairy products, our delicious Whole Milk is pasteurized and homogenized and produced without antibiotics, pesticides and from cows not given added growth hormones. You can count on the great taste that comes from a diet rich in FRESH GRASS, and all the hidden nutritional benefits that come from a FRESH GRASS diet.
DID YOU KNOW? The definition of Whole Milk is a butterfat content of at least 3.25%. Dakin Dairy Farms strives to a have a 3.4% butterfat which adds a creamier sweet flavor and is where some of the hidden benefits hide, like conjugated linoleic acids (CLA’s), a known cancer inhibitor, which comes from FRESH (not dried) GRASS.
